Dining out doesn’t mean you must derail your diet with foods that will make your fitness and health goals regress. Here I’m enjoying an extra calorie day, NOT A CHEAT MEAL, NOT A CHEAT DAY, an EXTRA calorie day, consisting of food I always ALLOW in my diet, and nothing that will make me worse, only food that will make me better.
